CYBER CLUB

Overview:

The Cyber Club has been functioning in the College since the academic year 2024–25 under the aegis of CAWACH Kendra, Department of Education, Government of Gujarat. Since its inception, the Club has been dedicated to creating awareness about the growing threats of cybercrime, cyber fraud, and responsible digital citizenship among students and the wider community.

To achieve its objectives, the Club has organized a variety of awareness programmes, including quizzes, expert guest lectures, interactive seminars, skits, educational visits, and cyber safety campaigns. Master classes conducted by the Convenor have equipped student volunteers with the knowledge and skills required to effectively disseminate cyber security awareness among their peers. The Convenor and volunteer members have also actively participated in workshops and training programmes conducted by cyber security experts (CAWACH Kendra) to strengthen their capacity for conducting effective awareness initiatives. The Club encourages students to become responsible digital citizens by promoting ethical online practices, safeguarding personal information, recognising cyber threats, and reporting cybercrimes through appropriate channels.

Through sustained outreach activities, collaborative learning, and meaningful engagement with students, faculty, parents, law enforcement agencies, and other stakeholders, the Cyber Club strives to foster a culture of cyber security awareness and digital responsibility. The Club remains committed to building a safe, secure, and resilient digital ecosystem through continuous education, meaningful dialogue, and community participation.
